- We are seeing a trend of our members wanting to meet up in person - yay!
- These meetups are highly encouraged and supported by the TCT! 🥳

- NO self-promotion
- Share your successes and have fun!
- If you are attending one of our in-person networking events, you accept these terms. Bad actors will be banned from planning or participating in future events. This is your only warning.
Alright that sounds good - now tell me how to organize one!
- Here are the steps to organizing a meetup
- Volunteer to organize one! The TCT is volunteer driven. Emma and Emily are unable to help with initiating meetups at this time.
- Pick a date, time, and location and let Emma know those details over Slack.
- It is helpful to pick a place where it is stupid simple to split/have separate tabs.
- Emma will make an official TCT Eventbrite page for you to share.
- The TCT can also help with light advertising for the event as well - we can make a post in the #02-announcements channel, which has all of our (almost 1,000!!!) Slack members in it.
- Announcements can only be made in this channel by TCT leadership.
- Most importantly, have fun and send us pics after!!!
- **The TCT is trademarked. All events organized through our group must be approved by Emily and Emma. All Eventbrites must be made by TCT leadership.
